We currently ship only within Pakistan.
Orders are processed after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, advance payment of shipping charges may be required before dispatch.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return the product within 7 days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns or when the correct product was delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping charges and provide a replacement or refund after inspection.
To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
